DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Vaquela delivers to the following countries: mainland France, the United States and the United Kingdom. 

Our delivery times are between 5 and 8 business days.

Estimated total delivery time: 6 to 10 business days

Order preparation cut-off time: Monday to Friday: 5 p.m. (GMT+1, Paris time)

With each order placed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a second email with your shipping confirmation including your order tracking number.

The choice of carrier may vary depending on the weight, quantity, product availability and order value, as well as the country of shipment.

In the event of a delivery delay beyond the stated timeframe, you can contact us at contact@vaquela.com to agree on a new timeframe or, failing that, request cancellation and a refund for your order.

FREE SHIPPING

Our shipping is free, regardless of your order value. The shipment has a tracking number that will allow you to track your package easily.
